I met with my fellow Sunday School teacher 

in a public and very crowded restaurant.

We met to discuss and plan out the lesson for this coming Sunday.

There were people of all types there.

It felt a little odd discussing spiritual things and scriptures 

in such a public and secular setting.

But perhaps because there was such an array of different people there,

I sort of mused at how, maybe, this is how it should be.

I sort of imagined us all God's children

meeting to feast both physically and spiritually.

Happily, it didn't feel strange at all opening and discussing the scriptures there.

It was a sunny thought that made me realize that it was what I should strive for more often.
